Service Satisfaction

We are committed to providing high-quality septic tank services. Our goal is to exceed your expectations on every service call. If you are not satisfied with the work performed, we want to know about it and will make it right.

Service Guarantees

• Workmanship Warranty: We warranty our pumping and repair workmanship for 90 days. If you experience any issues related to our work within this period, we will return to correct the problem at no additional charge.
• New System Warranty: New septic system installations include a manufacturer's warranty on components plus a 1-year workmanship warranty from us.

Payment and Refunds

• Standard Services: Payment is due at the time of service completion. We accept cash, check, and credit cards.
• New System Deposits: A deposit is required to schedule new system installation. This deposit is refundable if you cancel more than 72 hours before the scheduled installation date.
• Emergency Services: Emergency service calls require payment at the time of service, unless prior arrangements have been made.

Refund Requests

If you believe you are entitled to a refund or adjustment, please contact us within 30 days of the service date. We will investigate your concern and respond within 5 business days.

Estimates and Quotes

Estimates provided are based on the information available at the time of the assessment. Final prices may vary if unexpected conditions are discovered during service. We will always communicate any price changes before proceeding with additional work.

Cancellation Policy

• We request at least 24 hours notice for cancellation or rescheduling of scheduled services.
• Late cancellations (less than 24 hours notice) may incur a service fee of $50.
• Cancellations for same-day appointments may be charged the full service amount.
• We understand that emergencies and unexpected events occur and will work with customers on a case-by-case basis.
