Cancellations and Rescheduling
We request at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations may incur a service fee. We understand that emergencies happen and will work with customers on a case-by-case basis.
Limitation of Liability
Bob's Septic Tank Cleaning shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
Warranty
We warranty our workmanship on pumping and repair services for 90 days. New system installations include a manufacturer's warranty on components plus our workmanship warranty. Specific warranty terms are provided with each service.
